Save Money and Do Good

I wanted to share something with my readers who are college students. I know several of you work during the day and attend school at night and many of you are full-time students as well. For those of you looking to sign up for school check out this selection of online college classes. Recently, I was told about a website called Campus Book Rentals.com. This is not something I'd normally write about, but this place is different because they are dedicated to helping a wonderful cause called Operation Smile.

The last time I bought books for college was late in 1996. I remember the cost back then--even for used books--at the campus book store. I can only imagine how much textbooks cost these days. Campus Book Rentals pioneered the rental textbook industry. You just rent the book and return it when you're done. Shipping is free both ways. It's as easy as pie!

What I really want you to know, though, is that when you rent a book from this website, they donate a portion from each book rental to Operation Smile. This organization helps thousands of children each year to receive surgeries for cleft palate, cleft lip, and other facial deformities. Without this organization, these children would not otherwise be able to have this surgery. With each surgery, a child is given the chance to have a normal life. That is something all children deserve.

So if you're in the market for books for your next semester, check out Campus Book Rentals and know that with each rental, you'll help to improve a child's life.
