Beach Glam™ Bronzing Stick
Jojoba Facial Serum
Rich Berry Lip & Cheek Tint
I've been busy getting some spring launches up in my 1000 Markets shop. Here are the 5 latest items to the line, all of which are 100% natural!
Jojoba Facial Serum, an old favorite, is back and revamped with even more skin-loving ingredients. Choose from several synergistic essential oil blends.
Tube style tinted lip balm is back. I am no longer using the pots and have added buckwheat honey, royal jelly and sweet orange oil.
I have a fantabulous undereye concealer, shadow base and eye color rolled into one multi-taking product, too!
The Lip & Cheek Tint is no longer in glass dropper bottles. It comes in frosted glass roll on bottles (lower price since it's a bit smaller) and there will soon be a few new colors of this long-lasting stain as well. All are made with 100% natural fruit and vegetable extracts.
Lastly, my favorite new product is a wonderful bronzing stick! Once upon a time, I used to buy a high-end product like this...for one third the price, you get a larger size and ingredients that are actually good for your skin! You'll love it. I use it in my shoulders, cheekbones, temples, and more!
A new combo eye shadow/liner will be out soon.
Thank you, as always, for your support.
It's that time again...I think I may make Afternoon Delight part of my regular posting, as I am always hungry at this time. I'm behaving--having a handful of almonds and some green tea.
Speaking of almonds, though....
From Elysee Galetes Artesanals, these Jordan Almond Snowball cookies contain a delicious homemade Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon whole vanilla bean sugar. Yum!
Only unbleached wheat flour is used in these, and the ingredients look great (for cookies). To top it off, these cookies are $6 for a limited time.

Over at 1000 Markets, I am a member of the fantastic specialty market called The Village.
Out of the many talented Village artisans is Colleen G. Drew, owner of Colleen G. Drew Photography.
Colleen has the most beautiful selection of original photography, from pictures taken at some of the Spanish Missions of San Antonio to flowers and lovely cafe scenes. I couldn't show you just one favorite piece, so I've chosen my most favorites.
In addition to pieces you can frame and hang on your walls, Colleen offers jewelry made with her photographs and notecards.
I'm going to be painting our living room this summer and think some of Colleen's work would go beautifully with what I plan to do.
I hope you'll head over to Colleen G. Drew Photography. While you're there, tell her Chic & Green sent you on over!

I am sitting here eating some sliced mangoes but am craving a chocolate fix. I thought I'd get some visual gratification by browsing the Foodcrafters Marketplace, and my craving has (almost) been satisfied with this find from one of my favorites, Whimsy & Spice:
Tuesday's shopping excursion includes a nice stop at Charming, a unique market on 1000 Markets. There you'll find anything and everything related to charms. There is something to suit all tastes, from vintage to simple & modern to steampunk. What I love about the market is how much diversity there is. In some shops, you'll also find original artwork to look over, such as the 22 page collage book about love above from Elenamary for $40.

My Day at the Market should be changed to Night at the Market this Saturday evening since it is already after 11. The boys are asleep and Tom is playing poker with the neighborhood guys, so I am catching up a bit on the blog. It is raining quite hard, so I thought I'd do a search for "rain" on 1000 Markets and see what lovely items I can find for you.
