This simple fudge is full of nuts and marshmallows...and flavor!

This is what it looks like before it goes in the fridge.

This is how it looks when the chocolate and condensed milk are all melted.

This is how it looks when it just begins to melt.

Easy Rocky Road Fudge

*1 14 ounce can of Sweetened Condensed Milk (I use the low fat or fat free)
*2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips (I use Callebaut or Ghiradelli)
*1 t. vanilla extract
*1 cup chopped walnuts
*Mini marshmallows (1/2 c. to 1 c. depending on your preference)

To Make:

In a medium sized saucepan over medium heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips until melted together and smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, nuts, and marshmallows.

Pour into square baking pan (I used a 9 X 9) lined with waxed paper and put in the fridge. Let chill until firm and cut into squares.

Enjoy!
