I love these baby washcloths!

It's a Baby Boom! No, we are not adding on...our house full of guys (except for moi) is complete. Over at my internet board for moms, we have two pregnant Texans, as I like to call them. Brooke is having her baby TODAY and Michelle will have her sweet little girl in the coming weeks. Our friend Melissa had her second baby girl a few months back. Now my friend Joey is having baby #3 in the late spring. You could say some baby shower presents have been given and will be given.

I wanted to make sure I was buying handmade for these great ladies. ETSY is full of wonderful shops devoted to beautiful--and even offbeat--finds for that special mom to be and her little bundle.

I thought I'd share some great finds:

Kid N Around Creations has handmade baby toys, bibs and more. Looking for a sweet burp cloth for baby? Check out her embroidered designs for $6.40.

I found the prettiest sets of baby washcloths with chocolate brown in them over at Baby Bugs n Bubbles. You know I love using baby washcloths for my own face...they look so soft and gentle, I'm tempted to buy some for myself!

Belly Babies has great organic cotton onesies with cute sayings on them. I like the "Early Riser" and "Lil Stinker" ones myself!

Sugar Bug Slings has some great baby slings. If you like zebra print and fuchsia paired together like I do, the sling pictured up above is lovely. What a great gift, too!

Luca Bella Designs is a very lovely shop. I actually ordered one of her lovely Amy Butler fabric diaper wipe cases and rosebud pacifier clips for my friend Michelle. They are so beautiful and feminine. Any Amy Butler fabric lover (like me) would love carrying those around!

How about a baby supply cake? Seriously. It's a shabby chic-inspired tier cake made of newborn diapers and other baby supplies. I found it at Baby 2B Nashville.

Tricoteria offers handmade baby booties. I think the red ones are adorable!

For baby footwear which is a bit more feminine and elaborate, you have to check out Sugar Plum Tree's baby shoes! They are gorgeous.

Birth Designs offers custom made with your baby's actual footprint! You need to share your child's ink footprint and she can make a one of a kind treasure. What a special gift to give yourself!

Lastly, for the easily offended, I suggest you not read on for the next gift idea...

If you and your gift recipient have a sense of humor and don't offend easily, may I suggest the Bundle O Joy kit from Least Likely to Breed. I bought this for my friend Brooke, the one who is is labor and delivery as I type this. She has a sense of sarcasm and is just a fun person. I know she'll get a chuckle out of this set which includes "Bad Ass Booty Balm", a hemorrhoid cream, sore chest area balm (I get red as I type this and can't bring myself to type the name :) and an all-natural comforting balm for other sensitive--um--sensitive areas. It comes packed in a chlorine free diaper. Since I am blushing as I type, you should just check it out to see the names of the products offered in this shop. They truly are a hoot and a half to look at!
